CAMILLA is searching for a passionate Digital Print Technologist to join our vibrant Design Tribe. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and technology - perfect for someone with a sharp technical mind, an artistic eye, and a love for colour, texture, and precision.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Designers, Textile Artists, and Pattern Makers to transform imaginative concepts into beautifully executed garments that reflect the heart and soul of CAMILLA. With a focus on digital print, placement, and 3D garment simulation, you’ll ensure every piece tells its story with accuracy, artistry, and impact.

What you’ll be doing as our Digital Print Technologist:

·       Collaborate closely with Designers to achieve perfect print placement and aesthetic across all fabrications.

·       Translate 2D print concepts into 3D garment simulations using CLO 3D and CLO-SET, ensuring true-to-life drape, fit, and design integrity.

·       Communicate print annotations to global partners and suppliers via CENTRIC and CLO-SET at every stage of the process.

·       Liaise with suppliers to resolve print and layering queries while maintaining colour and print consistency across all materials.

·       Manage print-related milestones within the critical path, ensuring production notes are accurate and timelines are met.

·       Maintain strong supplier relationships across multiple countries, adapting to varying processes and timelines.

·       Support the Design Tribe with print reports, fit reviews, and the creation of digital presentations that showcase upcoming designs.

·       Stay ahead of emerging digital design and print technologies, sharing learnings and best practices with the Tribe.

What makes you perfect for this role:

·       2–3 years’ experience within the textile or apparel industry, with strong technical knowledge of prints, patterns, and garment construction.

·       Proficiency in CLO 3D, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.

·       Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for colour, composition, and placement.

·       Strong organisation and time management skills - you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

·       Collaborative, open-minded, and self-accountable - you take ownership and deliver with precision and pride.
