3D Product Specialist - Country Road Group
As the 3D Product Specialist, you will support the adoption and day-to-day use of 3D product development across Country Road Group, helping Design, Technical Design and cross-functional teams build confidence in digital product creation. Working closely with the Head of Digital Product Creation, you will deliver training, technical support and capability-building initiatives that embed 3D workflows into the product development process. You will also champion the use of adjacent digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools and PLM systems, while driving consistent ways of working across internal teams and supplier partners.
How You Will Contribute
Deliver engaging 3D training, onboarding, workshops and coaching to Design, Technical Design and cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain practical learning resources, including user guides, training materials, workflow documentation and tutorial content
Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for CLO, 3D garment builds, workflows and digital product creation tools
Build, review and assess 3D garments to ensure fit, construction, fabric representation and presentation quality
Support the application of 3D across key product development milestones, including digital fit reviews, line reviews and supplier submissions
Partner with supplier teams to improve 3D standards, digital asset quality and workflow consistency
Support the adoption of adjacent digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, PLM systems and collaboration platforms
Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve training, workflows and digital adoption across the business
Contribute to the development of new digital product creation processes, standards and best practices
Support the Head of Digital Product Creation by sharing insights, identifying improvement opportunities and helping drive continuous innovation.
Capabilities We Value
4+ years' experience in fashion, apparel or retail, with strong knowledge of garment construction, fit and product development
Experience using CLO or other 3D garment software to create, review and support digital garments
Demonstrated experience training, coaching or supporting creative and technical teams in new tools or workflows
Strong understanding of apparel design, technical development, pattern-making and digital product creation processes
Ability to create engaging training materials, user guides, workshop content and digital learning resources
Experience working collaboratively with Design, Technical Design, Product Development, Sourcing and supplier partners
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for users of varying experience levels
A proactive, curious and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation
Experience supporting workflow transformation, digital adoption or change initiatives is highly regarded
Relevant qualifications in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Apparel Product Development or a related discipline are preferred.
